Cancellation - Late Arrival Policy:
At Morgan Rackley Skincare, we pride ourselves on our punctuality and commitment to each client's scheduled time. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we cannot extend appointment times for late arrivals, and the full service fee will still apply.
To accommodate everyone fairly, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed or canceled within this period will incur a 50% charge of the booked service total. This policy helps us maintain high standards and availability for all clients.
