Upon Arrival: If you arrive a few minutes early, I may still be finishing with a client. Simply press the Ring doorbell and you’ll be buzzed in. Please enter quietly and make yourself at home in the waiting area. The restroom is available for your convenience.
Accessibility Parking: Handicap parking is available at the rear of the building, along with a convenient accessibility ramp for those who may need it. If you prefer to enter through the rear entrance, please send a quick text upon arrival and I’ll be happy to meet you and let you in.
Cancellation - Late Arrival Policy:
At Morgan Rackley Skincare, we pride ourselves on our punctuality and commitment to each client's scheduled time. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we cannot extend appointment times for late arrivals, and the full service fee will still apply.
To accommodate everyone fairly, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed or canceled within this period will incur a 50% charge of the booked service total. This policy helps us maintain high standards and availability for all clients.
